    How To Order

    There are two options through which you can order your Morgan Multimedia SpinToursTM Virtual Tours:

    Online
    Click on the "Order" link in the right side navigation panel of this site. This will bring you to our online order form. Fill out the form, making sure to enter in all required information. Check the box(es) for the SpinToursTM package(s) you would like to order. The total for your order will appear at the bottom of the form. When finished, click the "Submit" button. You will shortly receive an email confirmation of your order. We will then contact you to confirm.

    Call Morgan Multimedia at (408) 984-4600. Please have the following information ready:
    • Property address
    • Property MLS#
    • Your email address
    • Your web site address (if applicable)
    • Preference for area(s) to be photographed

    After You Order

    We will work with you to schedule a time for our photographer to visit the property. Virtual Tours must be paid for prior to the photo shoot. Someone will need to meet the photographer at the appointed date and time to allow him access to the property and the interior of the house, if applicable.

    Your Morgan Multimedia SpinToursTM Virtual Tour will be online within two business days from the day of the photo shoot, providing we have the MLS number of the property. We will submit the tour to RE InfoLink for you, so that the it will be linked from within MLS Listings and any site that uses their database. If you have a web site with Morgan Multimedia, we will link it from your Featured Listings. You will receive a confirmation email with the tour link.

    Morgan Multimedia SpinToursTM Virtual Tours contain your name and office logo, as well as a link for users to get more information on the property. Tours also will link to the online flyer, if you have ordered one. Tours stay online for 6 months. Extensions may be made for $10/month.

    Checklist

    Plan Ahead - Prepare house and client prior to the photo shoot.
     
    Before You Order Prepare Exterior Areas
    Check home direction - North-West P.M. After 12:30p.m.
    South-East A.M. Prior to noon.
    Realtors should remind client 24 hours prior to the photo shoot.
    Ask client what areas they feel should be involved.
    Schedule on non-cleaning days if at ALL possible.
    Schedule on days after cleaning.    		 Landscaping issues in order.
    Remove garbage cans and colorful recycle bins from curb area.
    Remove cars from driveway and curb in front of home.
    Remove personal items.
    Prepare Backyard Areas Prepare Interior Area
    Remove any clutter.
    Toys or other items should be removed from pool.
    Yard and patio should be neat.
    Please put pets away during photo session.    		 Replace burned out light bulbs.
    Open curtains - light and bright homes show best.
    All beds should be made.
    Kitchen should be clean.
    Bathroom toilet lids should be closed.
    Other
    Realtors, give your clients the opportunity to remove any items they do not want included in photos.
    Check the weather conditions prior to scheduling. Cloudy days are fine, but downpours may be a problem in low-lying areas.
