You understand that Morgan Multimedia does not have servers on site in our offices, and that Morgan Multimedia is not responsible for any hosting company's downtime, if any, or any email downtime, if any. In the event you request Morgan Multimedia's help to resolve a hosting or email issue you understand fees will be billed for our time regardless of the outcome. By remitting payment for any service or subscription, you agree to the terms of the Usage Agreement and you agree to all changes in Account Billing Guidelines, if any. Consulting, programming, design, domain registrations, hosting, flash and all other services are not refundable.
